Tsutsugamushi disease is one of the acute febrile diseases which prevail in Autumn and Winter. Recently, there has been an increasing concern on Tsutsugamushi disease and many cases about it were repoted in Korea.
However, only a few cases have been reported in pediatric age.
We experienced 3 cases of Tsutsugamushi disease with meningitis in Children. A biref review of literature was given.
