Vol.5 Num.1 (p69~74)
The purpose of this study deals with a comparison among the RA-test, hemagglutination sensitized cells test (Waaler-Rose), and HAA (hepatitis associated antigen) in one hundred sera of abnormal liver function test.
The co-relation among the results of RA-test, Waaler-Rose test, HAA and liver function test are as follows:
1. Both positive for RA-T and Waaler-Rose test: 33.0%
2. Both negative for RA-T and Waaler-Rose test:18.0%
3. Positive RA-T, but negative Waaler-Rose test: 17.0%
4. Negative RA-T, but positive Waaler-Rose test: 32.0%
5. Positive HAA : 39.0%
6. Positive hepatitis associated Antibody : 1.0%
The sera of high titer of TTT reveal the increased positive rate of RA-test, Waaler-Rose test, and HAA, however, the titer of GOT,GPT and alkaline phosphatase do not correlate with the positive rate of Rheumatoid factor tests and HAA.
